How do I onboard my Trust?
How do I onboard my Trust?
Updated over a month ago

Onboarding your LLC is quick and easy.

If you want to onboard an LLC please send the following documents to [email protected]. For other entity types, please email us for a documentation request.

The KYB requirements for an LLC are:

  • Copy of the Trust agreement

  • Certificate of Trust

  • A letter to confirm the validity of the trust, the authority of the trustees, and the enforceability of the borrowing transaction. “Confirmation” can just be a simple email or letter that is signed by a lawyer.

You will also need to create an Arch account and visit our web app to verify your identity. Click in the top right-hand corner > Accounts > Identity. Please complete the short identity verification process there, it should only take a couple of minutes. Each beneficial owner will need to complete identity verification.

Once you have sent your documents in, the Arch team will review your documentation and request additional information as required. Typically this process takes less than 24 hours.

You can then go into the web app and configure a loan. When configuring a loan for a business, please tick the "I am applying for a business loan on behalf of my organization". Note that this box will only display after your documentation has been reviewed.

Other things to note

  • Arch can onboard Trusts, see our other help center article on how to do this. For other types of business entities, please email us at [email protected].

  • You must provide a business bank account for fiat disbursals unless the entity is a sole proprietorship.
