Note: If your loan is coming to an end and you'd prefer to roll it over for another year, you can do so directly from the dashboard.
There are two scenarios in which you can request a collateral release via a withdrawal request. Outside of these scenarios, you will not be able to request a withdrawal of collateral to be released.
1. At the end of your loan when it has been fully paid
In order to receive your collateral back as soon as possible after paying off your loan, avoid making the final payment via ACH, which requires additional processing up to several days. You will not be able to make a withdrawal request until 7 days after an ACH payment. Instead, make the final payment via USDC or a wire. 2. When your LTV is under the collateral release threshold

How to make a withdrawal request
1. On your loan dashboard, navigate to the collateral card and click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner to reveal the Request Withdrawal button.
2. Proceed to enter your wallet address and details, including wallet type and description, for legal compliance with our custodian Anchorage Digital. You will be prompted to indicate if you would like a test transaction - if you do, our team will send a small amount to verify your address before sending over the remaining requested amount.
3. If your loan has not been fully paid but your LTV is within the collateral return threshold, you will be prompted to enter a specific LTV to return to. The calculator displayed will determine how much collateral you will get back based on the target LTV you have entered.
4. You may cancel your withdrawal request at any time in your loan dashboard by navigating to the bottom activity card and selecting the three dots on the right side of the table.
6. If you opted for a test transaction, you will see it appear in your loan's activity table once we have sent it. Once received, let the team know via the in-app chat, and we'll release the remaining collateral in your request.
