How to use Arch's white glove customer service in a variety of ways

Arch prides itself on providing a white glove customer service experience to all its customers. Here's how to access it from across the website, web app, email and more.

Marketing Website

  1. Click on the chat bubble at the bottom right of the screen. This will pull up an Intercom chat widget.

  2. Chat

    1. Use this chat widget to communicate with the Arch team. We consistently endeavor to get back to you within 20 minutes of your request.

  3. Schedule a call

    1. You can also schedule a call with a member of team. Please follow the steps in the screenshots below

Web App

  1. Once you are logged into the Arch dashboard, you will find the same chat bubble at the bottom of the screen. You can reach out to a member of the team via this Intercom chat bubble for any questions, including questions about your account

  2. You may also book a call with a member of the Arch team directly from within this chat bubble.
